Simply place your heel at the back of the shoe and slide your foot forward. The structured heel and Heel Pillow® will help guide your foot in without needing to bend down or use your hands.

These trainers are best suited for light to moderate running and walking due to their emphasis on comfort and convenient slip-in design. For high-intensity training or trail running, consider a shoe with a more secure, traditional lace-up fit.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Hand-washing the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap is the safest method for cleaning.

M-Strike® technology is incorporated into the midsole design to help promote a smoother transition from the point of impact to toe-off, enhancing running efficiency and reducing fatigue.

The laces can be adjusted in the same way as traditional shoelaces. Tighten or loosen them to achieve your desired comfort level, though the primary fit is secured by the slip-in design and Heel Pillow®.

The ULTRA LIGHT midsole offers good durability for its weight class, providing responsive cushioning for everyday use and moderate running. Longevity will depend on usage frequency and intensity.

Ensure the Heel Pillow® is properly cradling your heel. Try adjusting the laces for a snugger fit, focusing on the eyelets closest to the ankle.

Gently slide your foot in, using the Heel Pillow® as a guide. Ensure your heel is fully back. If the shoe is new, it may require a few wears to break in.

Avoid abrasive cleaning methods. Gentle wiping with a damp cloth is recommended. For minor snags, carefully trim loose threads with scissors without cutting into the mesh.

While the ULTRA LIGHT cushioning is designed for durability, significant wear may occur after extensive use. Consider replacing the shoes if the cushioning feels noticeably diminished.
