Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up for handheld use, simply ensure your weigh scale is clipped securely to the central carabiner. For pole-mounting, unscrew the handle section to reveal the male thread and twist it clockwise into your storm pole until tight. Always ensure your storm pole is driven firmly into the ground to support the weight of the fish. To care for your P1 Weight Lifter, rinse it with fresh water after use in salt or silty environments to prevent grit from entering the rotating mechanism. Regularly inspect the carabiner clip for signs of wear and keep the thread clean of debris to ensure a smooth connection.
