FAQs
What does 'Everywear technology' mean?
Everywear technology refers to the compression-proof insole that maintains its shape and cushioning over thousands of hours of wear, providing consistent comfort and support for the life of the clog.
Are these clogs waterproof?
While the material is water-resistant and suitable for splashes or light rain, they are not designed to be fully submerged for extended periods. They dry quickly if wet.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
We recommend measuring your child's foot length and referring to our size chart if available. This specific product is UK Size 2, suitable for kids.
Can these clogs be worn indoors and outdoors?
Yes, their lightweight design and durable construction make them suitable for both indoor casual wear and outdoor activities like garden play or quick errands.
Is the anti-bacterial feature permanent?
Yes, the anti-bacterial compound is integrated directly into the rubber material during manufacturing, providing long-lasting freshness that doesn't wash or wear off easily.
Are they easy for children to put on and take off by themselves?
Yes, the slip-on clog design makes them very easy for children to put on and take off independently, promoting self-sufficiency and convenience.
Troubleshooting
Clogs feel slippery on certain surfaces
Ensure the soles are clean and free of debris. Avoid walking on extremely smooth or wet surfaces where traction might be compromised. The clogs are not designed for extreme grip in all conditions.
Feet still smell despite antibacterial properties
While the clogs have an antibacterial compound, overall foot hygiene is also crucial. Ensure feet are clean and dry before wearing. If odor persists, clean the clogs thoroughly and allow them to air out completely.
Clogs feel less 'springy' over time
The Everywear Compression-Proof Insole is designed for lifetime shape retention. If you notice a change, check for any lodged debris in the sole. While designed for durability, extreme pressure or prolonged exposure to high heat could theoretically affect material properties. This is unlikely with normal use.
