Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Kinvara 16 trainers, avoid wearing them for non-running activities that involve abrasive surfaces or heavy wear. If they become wet, remove the insoles and stuff the shoes with paper towels to draw out moisture in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources. When sizing, ensure a thumb's width of space at the front of the toe box to account for foot swelling during longer sessions. To clean, use a soft-bristle brush and mild detergent to spot-clean the upper; avoid machine washing or drying, as this can degrade the foam composition and adhesive bonds.
