The adidas Essentials Training Legging Shorts are designed for adult women who need a reliable, high-performance base layer for intense gym sessions and active daily wear. These shorts provide a secure, bodycon silhouette that supports dynamic movement without shifting, though the slim-fit design may feel restrictive for those who prefer a looser, more relaxed style.

Yes, the slim-fit, bodycon design makes them excellent for running as they reduce friction and stay securely in place.
These shorts are crafted from high-quality polyester, designed for durability and moisture management.
Yes, they are machine washable, but we recommend a cold, gentle cycle and air drying to protect the material and waistband elasticity.
The product design focuses on a streamlined, bodycon silhouette and does not feature built-in pockets.
The shorts are designed with a slim-fit. If you prefer a less compressed feel, you may want to consult our size guide to ensure the L fit aligns with your measurements.
Ensure you have selected the correct size (L); if the size is correct, ensure the high-rise band is pulled up completely to sit above the hip bones.
Avoid high-heat drying cycles and ensure you are washing the shorts inside-out to protect the surface fibers.
To ensure the longevity of your adidas Essentials Training Legging Shorts, always check the garment's internal care label before laundering. Due to the high percentage of polyester and the elasticated waistband, it is recommended to wash in cold water on a delicate cycle and avoid using heavy fabric softeners, which can degrade the elasticity of the waistband over time. Hang drying is preferred over machine drying to prevent the fabric from breaking down under heat. When pairing with other apparel, these shorts work best as a base layer under loose training shorts or on their own as a primary workout bottom.
