FAQs

Is this mattress suitable for children?

Yes, its firm support and lack of toxic materials like formaldehyde and heavy metals make it a safe choice for growing sleepers.

Does this mattress contain memory foam?

It uses a specialized water-expanded foam which provides a supportive, responsive feel similar to high-density foam without the sink-in effect.

Can I flip the mattress?

Yes, the mattress is double-sided, featuring comfort wadding on both surfaces for even wear.

Does the mattress require a specific type of bed frame?

It works best on slatted frames, which allow the breathable 3D fabric to circulate air effectively.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Yes, the materials used are free from harmful heavy metals and chemicals, minimizing common allergy triggers.

What is the total thickness?

This specific variant has a height of 10 cm, providing a sleek, low-profile support system.

Troubleshooting

Mattress feels too firm initially

Memory-based foam products often require a brief 'break-in' period of 2-3 nights to reach optimal comfort levels.

Feeling trapped heat

Ensure the bed frame allows airflow underneath; if using a solid board base, consider switching to slats to allow the 3D cover to perform as designed.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent firmness for back and neck support
High breathability prevents heat buildup
Hypoallergenic and free from harmful chemicals
Easy to maintain with its durable, double-sided design

Cons

Firm feel may not suit side sleepers preferring softness
10 cm profile is thinner than standard deep mattresses
No adjustable zones for localized comfort

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure maximum lifespan, place the mattress on a flat, breathable base such as a slatted bed frame. Because the mattress is designed to be dual-sided, we recommend rotating it head-to-toe every few months to encourage even settling of the padding. To clean, spot-clean the 3D fabric cover using a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking the foam core, as moisture can linger in the cellular structure of the material.
