FAQs

Can I use this fountain with a computer USB port?

Yes, the fountain is designed to work with standard USB ports, making it perfect for office desk setups.

Does the LED light have an on/off switch?

The LED light is designed to activate automatically when the unit is powered on.

How often should I change the water?

It is recommended to refresh the water every 1-2 weeks to maintain clarity and prevent buildup inside the basin.

Is the pump silent?

The pump is designed to be quiet; however, the water flow itself will produce a natural sound that you can adjust using the three-speed settings.

Can I use this outdoors?

This product is specifically designed for indoor use and should not be placed in outdoor environments.

What happens if the water runs dry?

Running the pump without water will lead to overheating and potential damage to the motor. Always maintain an adequate water level.

Troubleshooting

Pump is making a loud buzzing or clicking sound.

This usually indicates low water levels. Ensure the pump is completely submerged in water and check for any debris clogging the intake.

The LED light does not turn on.

Ensure the USB cable is fully inserted into the power source and that the power source itself is providing sufficient voltage.

Water is not flowing properly.

Adjust the flow settings on the pump dial and ensure the tubing is securely attached without any kinks.

Aesthetically pleasing bronze finish

Cons

Requires manual water top-ups to prevent pump damage

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up your MQODNXGPL fountain is a quick process: 1. Place the fountain on a flat, stable surface. 2. Connect the included pump to the internal water intake. 3. Fill the reservoir with clean, cool water until the pump is fully submerged. 4. Connect the USB cable to a compatible 5V power source. For care, ensure the water level is checked weekly to protect the motor from running dry, which can shorten the lifespan of the unit. Periodically rinse the base to remove any dust or residue, and wipe the exterior with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to maintain the bronze finish.
