The HOKA Clifton 11 is an ideal daily trainer for adult runners seeking a smooth, plush experience for their maintenance miles. It features advanced compression-molded foam for superior impact protection and a breathable mesh upper, though the highly cushioned stack height may feel less responsive to those who prefer a ground-feel racing flat.
