Isotex 10000 is a waterproof and breathable fabric technology. The '10000' rating indicates that it can withstand 10,000mm of water pressure in a 24-hour period, and it allows 10,000g of water vapor to pass through per square meter.
The jacket provides good protection against wind and rain, but it is not heavily insulated. For very cold winter conditions, it is recommended to wear insulating layers underneath.
