Troubleshooting

Tablet won't turn on or is unresponsive.

Ensure the tablet has sufficient charge by connecting it to a power source for at least 30 minutes. If still unresponsive, perform a force restart by holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds.

Wi-Fi connection is unstable or slow.

Restart your Wi-Fi router and the tablet. Ensure you are within range of the Wi-Fi signal. Check for any obstructions. You can also try forgetting the Wi-Fi network on your tablet and reconnecting.

Apps are crashing or running slowly.

Clear the cache for the problematic app in `Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage & cache > Clear cache`. Ensure all your apps and the Android operating system are up to date. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Battery drains quickly.

Check battery usage in `Settings > Battery` to identify power-hungry apps and close or restrict them. Reduce screen brightness, disable unused features like Bluetooth or GPS, and minimize background app refresh. Ensure software is up to date.

Screen is not as sharp or vibrant as expected.

Check display settings in `Settings > Display` to ensure resolution is set to maximum and color calibration is to your preference. Also, ensure 'Eye-Care' or 'Reading Mode' settings are not inadvertently enabled if you prefer full vibrancy.
