Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of the water-repellent treatment, it is recommended to wash the garment in cold water on a gentle cycle. Always close all zippers before placing the jacket in the washing machine. Avoid using heavy detergents or bleach, as these can strip the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating from the fabric. After washing, hang the jacket using the provided external hanging loop in a well-ventilated area to air dry. If the water-repellent performance fades after extensive use, consider applying a technical fabric re-proofer specifically designed for synthetic insulation.
