Why is the bush cut back when I receive it?

Carbeth Plants professionally prunes these bushes between September and April to maintain plant health, vigor, and overall strength.

What kind of flowers does it produce?

Troubleshooting

The rose bush has no flowers upon arrival.

This is normal, especially when purchased outside of the peak blooming season or during the winter months. The plant will bloom in the coming season given proper sunlight and care.

Leaves appear dull or discolored.

Ensure the plant is receiving adequate sunlight. Roses require full sun to maintain their glossy green foliage and avoid stress.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Carbeth Plants 'Peace' rose bush thrives, plant it in a location that receives full sun for the majority of the day. Dig a hole twice the width of the 3-litre pot and deep enough so the graft union is level with the soil surface. Water thoroughly after planting and continue to monitor soil moisture during the first year. Professional pruning occurs between September and April; it is recommended to maintain this schedule to keep the bush strong and encourage vigorous new growth for the subsequent season. Keep the foliage clear of debris to maintain the health of the dark green leaves.
