FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for sports?
Yes, their stable and non-slip design makes them appropriate for general recreational sports and active play.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
Measure your child's foot in centimeters or inches and compare it to the UK size guide, ensuring there is a small amount of room for growth.
Can these be machine washed?
Machine washing is generally discouraged as it can damage the adhesives and shape of the shoe; hand cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended.
Are these shoes waterproof?
The materials are durable but not strictly waterproof; they are best suited for dry conditions or light dampness.
Do these shoes provide arch support?
The design promotes natural foot movement and provides standard cushioning for active children.
Troubleshooting
Sole is losing grip due to debris
Use a soft brush or water to dislodge stones and dirt caught in the tread pattern.
Shoes are developing an odor
Remove the insoles if possible and allow the shoes to air out completely in a well-ventilated area; use odor-neutralizing powders if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longest lifespan for your Nike V5 RNR trainers, follow these maintenance tips:
- Routine Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth after each use to remove loose dirt and dust.
- Storage: Keep the shoes in a cool, dry area out of direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
- Drying: If the shoes get wet, air dry them naturally at room temperature. Avoid placing them near heat sources like radiators, as this can warp the materials.
- Check Fit: As children's feet grow quickly, regularly verify that there is still a comfortable thumb-width of space in the toe box to ensure ongoing support.
