While it serves as a great ottoman, we recommend using a tray on top of the surface if you intend to use it to hold drinks or small items.
The footstool features a robust frame with high-quality upholstery and deep channel tufting for long-term durability.
The hinge system is designed for smooth operation and generally does not require user lubrication; keep it clean and free of dust.
The storage compartment is designed for standard living room items like blankets and cushions; avoid storing heavy mechanical tools or sharp objects.
Ensure the ottoman is placed on a completely flat, level surface to prevent chassis tension, then operate the lid slowly to allow the tension springs to engage.
Check the hinge pivot points for any debris or obstructions and ensure the internal contents are not preventing the hinge from reaching its fully locked open position.
This product arrives largely pre-assembled, allowing for immediate integration into your living space. To maintain the appearance of the fabric, vacuum the tufted areas regularly using a soft brush attachment to prevent dust buildup. Avoid placing the footstool in direct sunlight to prevent color fading over time. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not use harsh chemical cleaners as they may damage the upholstery finish. Ensure the unit is placed on a level surface to prevent the hinge mechanism from becoming misaligned.
