Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best fit, wear your typical hiking socks during the initial trial to account for the leather’s structural properties. If you use custom orthotics, the internal volume is generally accommodating, but always ensure the existing insert is removed first. For care, wipe down the leather exterior with a damp cloth after particularly muddy outings to prevent dirt buildup. Avoid drying the trainers near direct heat sources like radiators, as this can cause the leather to stiffen or crack; instead, air dry them naturally at room temperature with the insoles removed.
