Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These boots are ready to wear out of the box. Ensure they are the correct size for a snug, performance-oriented fit. The laces should be tied securely to maximize lockdown without causing discomfort.
Compatibility:
Specifically designed for Firm Ground (FG). This means they perform best on natural grass pitches that are dry or slightly wet, and well-maintained. They are not recommended for artificial turf or very soft, muddy ground, as the stud configuration may not provide optimal grip and could lead to discomfort or injury in such conditions.
Care:
- Cleaning: After use, gently brush off excess dirt and mud from the upper and soleplate using a soft brush or cloth. If necessary, use a damp cloth to wipe them clean. Avoid using harsh detergents or soaking the boots in water.
- Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources like radiators or in a tumble dryer, as this can damage the materials. Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain their shape during drying.
- Storage: Store the boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Using a boot bag can help protect them and keep them clean.
