The built-in tongue is designed to provide a secure and snug fit, preventing the shoe from slipping and enhancing overall stability and comfort during your run.

Yes, the engineered mesh upper is designed to be breathable, helping to keep your feet cool and dry during your runs.

Dope-dyed yarn is a more sustainable manufacturing process that reduces water and energy consumption compared to traditional dyeing methods.

Ensure you have the correct size and fit. Try adjusting the lacing to find a more secure yet comfortable tension. Wear appropriate athletic socks.

The rubber pads offer good grip, but extreme wet conditions may still pose a challenge. Ensure the outsole is free from debris that could affect traction.

Ensure the shoes are properly broken in. The Helion superfoam is designed for responsiveness; if it feels muted, check for any damage or excessive wear.

While designed for breathability, individual sensitivity to heat varies. Ensure socks are moisture-wicking and consider if the environmental conditions are exceptionally hot.
