FAQs

How do I clean my UGG Classic Short II Boots?

Use a soft, damp cloth to spot-clean the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents. For tougher stains, use a suede cleaner.

Are these boots waterproof?

The pre-treated Twinface upper offers water resistance, but they are not fully waterproof. It's best to avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or puddles.

How should I store my UGG boots?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

What kind of socks should I wear with these boots?

Wear any type of socks but consider thinner socks for a better fit or thicker socks for colder days.

What is the shaft height of these boots?

The shaft height is approximately 8 inches.

Can I use these boots in the snow?

Yes, but be cautious on icy surfaces. They offer good warmth and some water resistance. Avoid prolonged exposure in deep snow.

What is the sole made of?

The sole is made of either a sugarcane EVA outsole or a Treadlite by UGG™ EVA outsole, providing durability and traction.

Troubleshooting

Boots feel too tight.

Consider wearing thinner socks or allowing the boots to break in, as sheepskin molds to the foot.

Boots get wet.

Allow them to air dry naturally, away from direct heat. Use a boot dryer for faster results.

Stains on the suede.

Use a suede cleaner and a soft brush to gently remove stains. Protect with a water and stain repellent spray.

Sole is slippery on ice.

Use extra caution on icy surfaces. Consider using ice cleats for added traction in extreme conditions.
