Troubleshooting

Duvet cover buttons are difficult to fasten.

Ensure the buttonholes are clear of fabric threads. Try fastening with gentle pressure. If persistent, contact customer support.

Pillowcase does not fit snugly.

Ensure you are using the correct size pillow for the case. The envelope closure is designed to hold the pillow securely; adjust the fabric tuck if needed.

Color fading after washing.

Ensure you are washing at the recommended 40 degrees Celsius and using a color-safe detergent. Avoid overloading the washing machine.

Fabric feels stiff after washing.

Ensure you are tumble drying on a low heat setting and removing promptly. A light iron may help restore softness.
