The On Cloud X 5 generally runs true to standard sizing, though it is recommended to ensure your UK size 7 aligns with your typical athletic footwear measurements.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a damp cloth with a mild detergent, scrubbing gently to remove surface dirt without saturating the knit material.
Yes, the relatively stable platform and secure lockdown make them a great choice for general weightlifting and circuit-style training.
The design of the CloudTec sole may occasionally trap small pebbles; remove the insole, shake the shoe out, and check the outsole grooves.
Ensure the laces are tensioned correctly through all eyelets to maximize the lockdown effect of the upper.
To ensure your On Cloud X 5 trainers remain in top condition, start by verifying the fit; the heel should be snug without slipping during movement. As these feature a technical knit upper, they should not be machine washed, as this can degrade the specialized materials. Instead, clean the outer sole with a soft brush and warm water. For the fabric upper, use a damp cloth with mild soap to spot treat stains. Always allow your shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to prevent the glue and foam from losing integrity.
