Full details
The Adidas X_PLR Path Trainers are designed for active adults seeking a blend of street-ready style and athletic comfort for daily wear. These trainers stand out for their lightweight Cloudfoam midsole, which provides significant underfoot cushioning for long periods on your feet. FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The X_PLR Path is designed for lifestyle and casual use. They are not recommended for professional or long-distance running.
How should I clean the textile upper?
Spot clean with a mixture of mild soap and water using a soft cloth, then air dry away from heat.
Is the sizing consistent with other Adidas models?
Generally, these follow standard Adidas sizing. If you have owned Adidas trainers before, your usual size should be the correct fit.
Can I replace the insoles?
Yes, you can swap the existing insoles for custom orthotics if required for additional support.
Do these shoes provide good arch support?
The Cloudfoam midsole provides a cushioned feel that adapts to many foot types, though individual needs may vary.
Troubleshooting
Laces coming untied frequently
Ensure you are using a double-knot or tucking the excess lace length securely under the cross-section of the laces.
Interior odor developing
Remove the insoles to air out after heavy use and consider using a moisture-absorbing shoe insert overnight.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your trainers last, follow these maintenance tips:
- Fitting: Adjust the laces to a snug but comfortable tension, ensuring your heel is secure against the back of the shoe.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt or mud from the upper. Wipe the rubber outsole with a damp cloth.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach or aggressive cleaning agents, as these can degrade the synthetic upper and textile lining.
- Air Dry: Always allow your shoes to air dry at room temperature. Avoid placing them near heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight, which can warp the materials.
