Troubleshooting
Light does not turn on.
Ensure the light switch is on, the bulb is correctly screwed in and functional, and check the circuit breaker. Verify all electrical connections if recently installed.
Arm or shade is stiff or difficult to adjust.
Gently try to move the arm and shade. If resistance persists, check for any obstructions. Avoid forcing the mechanism, as this could cause damage. For persistent stiffness, consult the manufacturer's support or a qualified electrician.
Flickering light.
This could be due to a loose bulb, a faulty bulb, or an issue with the electrical connection. Try tightening the bulb or replacing it with a new, compatible bulb.
