Troubleshooting
Duvet set feels stiff after the first wash.
The 100% cotton fabric may require a few washes to reach its maximum softness. Ensure you are using a mild detergent and avoiding excessive fabric softener, which can sometimes leave a residue.
Colors appear less vibrant after washing.
Always wash the duvet set separately before first use, and follow the care label for subsequent washes. Use cold water and a color-safe detergent, avoiding bleach, to help maintain the vibrancy of the digital print.
Duvet insert shifts or clumps inside the cover.
Many duvet covers include internal ties at the corners to secure the duvet insert. If yours does not (*Info needed: Does this specific product have internal ties?*), consider adding duvet clips or ties to prevent movement and ensure an even distribution.
Pillowcases seem too large or small for my pillows.
Verify that your pillows are standard sizes that correspond to the duvet set's listed dimensions (e.g., standard, king). If sizes match, fluff your pillows to fill the cases better or consider different pillow inserts.
The duvet cover is difficult to put on the duvet insert.
Try the 'burrito method': turn the duvet cover inside out, lay your duvet insert on top, roll them together from the foot to the head, then flip the cover over the roll and unroll. This can make the process easier.

- Initial Wash: Wash separately before first use.
- Regular Washing: Machine wash with similar colors on a gentle cycle, using a mild detergent. Always refer to the specific care label for detailed instructions.
- Drying: Tumble dry on a low heat setting or line dry to help preserve the fabric's softness and the integrity of the digital print.
- Ironing: If desired, iron on a medium setting. Avoid high heat.
- Avoid Bleach: Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the digital print and fabric fibers, leading to fading or deterioration.
