If you don't use the self-emptying station, empty the dustbin after each cleaning session or when it's full. With the self-emptying station, it can go for up to 70 days.
Remove the filter and tap it gently to remove dust and debris. The filter is washable; rinse it under running water and let it air dry completely before re-installing.
It is recommended to use only water in the water tank. Using cleaning solutions might damage the robot.
The robot has sensors to avoid obstacles. If it gets stuck, remove the obstacle, and move the robot to a new starting point. You can also set up no-go zones in the app.
Use the Philips app to schedule cleaning sessions. You can set the days and times for automatic cleaning.
The product comes with a warranty. For specific details regarding the warranty, please refer to the product documentation or contact Philips support.
The brushes can be easily replaced. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to remove and replace the brushes.
You can find additional support on the Philips website or by contacting their customer support.
Ensure the power button is switched on and that the robot is properly docked on the charging base. Check the power outlet.
Empty the dustbin, clean the filter, and check the brushes for any blockages or debris. Ensure the suction power level is set appropriately.
Make sure your Wi-Fi network is active and within range. Restart the robot and your router. Re-enter your Wi-Fi password in the app.
Ensure the water tank is filled and properly installed. Check the mopping pad to make sure it is clean and attached.
Ensure the dust bag is installed correctly, and there is no blockage in the station's suction channel. Check for any error messages in the app.
