The Roman Petite Showerproof Pocket Coat is designed for the petite woman who seeks a balance between practical weather protection and timeless, chic style. This coat is an ideal companion for transitional seasons, offering a lightweight cotton construction with essential showerproof capabilities; however, it is specifically tailored for petite proportions, so those requiring extra length in the sleeves or torso may find the fit restrictive.

It is showerproof, meaning it is resistant to light rain and drizzle, but it is not intended for heavy, sustained downpours.
Most cotton items of this nature are machine washable on a gentle cycle, but always check the inner care label for specific instructions.
Petite sizing is proportioned specifically for individuals 5'3" and under, with adjustments made to sleeve length, shoulder width, and hem placement.
The design focuses on a sleek, lightweight silhouette, typically featuring a breathable cotton finish suitable for layering.
Yes, the patch pockets are designed to hold most modern smartphones and everyday essentials comfortably.
The protective coating may have worn off after multiple washes; consider using a fabric-safe water repellent spray.
Ensure no fabric is trapped in the mechanism and check for debris; do not force the fasteners, as this can damage the material.
To maintain the showerproof finish and the structural integrity of the cotton fabric, always follow the garment's internal care label. Generally, wash on a gentle cycle with cool water to preserve the finish. Avoid high-heat tumble drying, as this can degrade the water-repellent properties of the fabric. Because this is a Petite-sized item, it is designed to hit at a flattering point on the waist and arms for shorter proportions; verify your measurements against the brand's size chart to ensure the best fit before purchase. Hang the coat on a sturdy hanger when not in use to maintain the collar shape.
