The Audio-Technica AT-OC9XSH Dual Moving Coil cartridge features a Shibata stylus designed for outstanding channel separation. It utilizes Pure Copper by Ohno Continuous Casting (PCOCC) coils in a reverse V-shaped formation to minimize distortion and ensure pure audio transmission. The rigid aluminum body reduces resonance, while a neodymium magnet and premium permendur yoke enhance magnetic energy. The nude special line contact stylus on a boron cantilever provides accurate groove tracking for rich, full-range audio and high transient response. The cartridge body is pre-threaded for easy mounting with two screws, eliminating the need for nuts. This design ensures excellent sound quality with detailed trebles, superior tracking, minimal noise, and a stunning stereo image. The package includes an installation kit and a stylus cleaning brush.
