Poor battery life

Check your usage. Turn off features like Always-On display or background app refresh to conserve battery. Also, ensure your watch and iPhone are running the latest software.

Connectivity issues

Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your watch and iPhone. If using cellular, verify you have an active cellular plan and good signal strength.

Apps not working

Restart the watch. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app. Ensure both the watch and iPhone have the latest software updates.

Heart rate monitoring inaccurate

Ensure the watch is snug on your wrist. Clean the back of the watch. Restart both your watch and iPhone.
