Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Mizuno Neo Vista trainers last, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Break-in Period: Because of the high stack height, take your first few runs at a moderate pace to allow your stabiliser muscles to adapt to the platform.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the knit upper. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents, as this can degrade the specialized foam components.
- Drying: Air dry your trainers in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Do not place them directly on heaters or in direct sunlight, which can cause the midsole foam to warp or lose its properties.
- Rotation: If running daily, consider alternating your shoes every other day to allow the nitrogen-infused cushioning to fully decompress.
