Due to the intricate sequin embellishments, this dress should only be professionally dry cleaned.
The dress features fine spaghetti straps. It is recommended to use a stick-on bra or have cups sewn in by a professional tailor for the cleanest look.
The Coast size 12 is designed to have a fitted bodice that flows into a more relaxed skirt. It is recommended to check your measurements against the brand's size guide.
While the dress is elegant for many venues, the sequin embellishments and long hem may pick up sand easily; it is best suited for country houses or city settings.
Yes, the gown is constructed with a comfortable inner lining to ensure the sequin base does not irritate the skin.
If a sequin is loose but not detached, use a fine needle and clear thread to secure it. If completely detached, keep the sequin for a professional tailor to reattach.
If the hem is too long, have a professional tailor adjust the length before the event to prevent tearing the fabric or catching on shoes.
Hang the dress in a bathroom while running a hot shower to allow the steam to naturally relax the fabric, or use a professional steamer from the inside out.
To keep the Coast Sequin Godet Maxi in pristine condition, store it in a breathable garment bag, preferably hanging to prevent crushing the sequins. Because this garment features extensive embellishments, avoid wearing sharp jewelry or accessories that could catch on the delicate floral patterns.
Professional dry cleaning is highly recommended. If you need to refresh the fabric, use a handheld steamer on a low setting, keeping it at a safe distance to avoid damaging the sequins or synthetic base material. Always check the garment tag for specific fabric composition guidelines before cleaning.
