The Winmau Fusion #2 Integrated Flight & Shaft system is designed for competitive and casual dart players who want to eliminate the frustration of flights popping off during play. By combining the flight and shaft into a single, durable, aerodynamic unit, it provides superior flight stability and consistent trajectories for every throw. While this integrated design offers significant performance benefits, users should note that the entire unit must be replaced if either the flight or the shaft sustains damage.

Yes, they feature standard 2BA threading, making them compatible with the vast majority of professional and recreational dart barrels.
No, flight protectors are not necessary and typically will not fit on integrated systems.
Durability depends on your throwing style and how often your darts collide, but they generally outlast traditional two-piece setups.
No, because the flight and shaft are integrated, the entire unit must be replaced if any part of it becomes damaged.
The weight is optimized for balance, but you may notice a slight difference compared to lightweight nylon shafts, which may require a minor adjustment in your throw.
Ensure the threading is free of debris and tighten the unit firmly against the barrel. Using a small rubber O-ring can help stabilize the connection.
Gently massage the polymer blades back into their 90-degree position. Avoid using heat guns, which may compromise the structural integrity.
To set up your Winmau Fusion #2 system, simply screw the integrated unit into your existing dart barrels as you would a standard shaft. Ensure they are tightened securely to the barrel for optimal balance. These are compatible with all standard 2BA dart barrels. For care, keep the units away from extreme heat sources, as warping can occur with high-performance polymers. Periodically check the flight blades for signs of wear or "splitting" caused by incoming darts; although the material is durable, heavy impact over months of play may eventually necessitate a replacement of the entire unit.
