Product Information

Full details

The ESR Rebound Magnetic Case is an ideal accessory for iPad Air 13-inch users who prioritize a balance of minimalist protection and functional convenience. It offers a secure, magnetic attachment that keeps the device safe while maintaining a slim profile, making it perfect for students and professionals on the go. While it excels at daily scratch and bump protection, users looking for heavy-duty, military-grade drop resistance may find the lightweight design insufficient for extreme outdoor environments.

FAQs

Is this case compatible with older 12.9-inch iPad models?

No, this case is specifically engineered for the dimensions and magnetic layout of the iPad Air 13-inch.

Does the case protect the edges of the iPad?

This is a magnetic-style case; while it protects the screen and the back panel, it leaves the aluminum edges exposed for easy access to buttons and ports.

Can I use a screen protector with this case?

Yes, this case is compatible with most standard thin tempered glass screen protectors.

Does the magnetic clasp interfere with the screen?

No, the clasp is designed to fold over the side and secure the stylus without obstructing the display area.

Does it add significant weight to the tablet?

No, the Rebound series is designed to be lightweight and slim to maintain the original thinness of the iPad Air.

Troubleshooting

iPad feels loose or detaches easily

Check the back of the iPad and the inside of the case for debris or metallic particles that may be preventing a flat, magnetic seal.

Pencil Pro not charging

Ensure the Pencil is aligned correctly within the recessed side groove and that no protective skin or sleeve is interfering with the magnetic contact point.

Auto sleep/wake not working

Verify that the screen lock setting is enabled in the iPad settings menu, as this feature requires the OS setting to be active.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your case, simply align the back of your iPad Air 13-inch with the magnetic panel of the case and press until it snaps securely into place. This product is exclusively compatible with the iPad Air 13-inch. To maintain the appearance of the purple finish, clean the exterior periodically with a soft, slightly damp lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges that could scratch the surface. Ensure the magnetic connectors remain free of metallic dust to maintain maximum adhesive strength.
