It provides basic scratch and dust protection for daily use, but it is not intended to provide military-grade drop protection.

How do I clean the case?

Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water to wipe down the exterior surfaces. Allow it to air dry completely.

Troubleshooting

Case does not snap onto the tablet securely.

Ensure you are using the specific tablet model intended for this case, as magnetic alignment is model-specific; verify that no protective skins or films are interfering with the magnetic points.

Auto sleep/wake function is not working.

Check your tablet's system settings to ensure 'Lock/Unlock' or 'Auto Sleep/Wake' is enabled in the display or cover settings menu.

Stylus is not charging through the case.

Verify that the stylus is placed correctly in the recessed side groove and that there is no debris preventing it from making contact with the tablet's charging zone.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: simply align the back of your tablet with the magnets on the case, and the device will snap into place automatically. Before installing, ensure the back of your tablet is clean of debris to maintain a strong magnetic connection. To keep the case in peak condition, wipe the exterior with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove dust or fingerprints. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the finish of the material. When not in use, keep the magnetic clasp engaged to protect both the stylus and the tablet screen.
