Sneakers Asics Gel-1130 Verdigris/ Pure Silver - Trainers - UK 5

The Asics Gel-1130 trainers are designed for general training and everyday wear. While they offer good cushioning and support, they may not provide the specific features required for elite marathon running compared to specialized racing shoes.

For this colourway, it is best to spot clean with a damp cloth and a mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the colours or materials. Always air dry.

They are suitable for moderate-impact activities like gym workouts and light jogging. For very high-impact sports, footwear specifically designed for those disciplines is recommended for optimal support and injury prevention.

The Gel cushioning technology in Asics shoes absorbs shock effectively upon impact. It is strategically placed within the sole to provide a cushioned landing and reduce stress on joints.

UK size 5 generally corresponds to EU size 38 and US women's size 7. However, sizing can vary slightly between brands, so checking the specific Asics size chart is always recommended.

Asics is committed to sustainability, but specific material details for this model would need to be checked against current Asics environmental reports. Generally, they aim to use recycled and more eco-friendly materials where possible.

Wear the trainers with good quality socks for a few days to allow them to break in and conform to your foot shape. Ensure you have selected the correct size.

This can sometimes occur due to friction between parts of the shoe. Try applying a small amount of talcum powder under the insole or check for any loose components.

The Gel cushioning is designed for long-term use, but its responsiveness may decrease with excessive wear. Consider replacing the insoles for added comfort if needed.

Use a soft brush and a specialized shoe cleaner or a mild soap solution to gently clean the affected area. Test any cleaning product on an inconspicuous spot first.
