While they offer great comfort, the Air Max 90 is designed for casual lifestyle use rather than high-performance running.
Use a dry soft brush for dust; for minor stains, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, dabbing gently rather than scrubbing.
Yes, the Nike Air Max 90 generally fits true to size for a standard adult foot.
The insoles are typically removable if you wish to use custom orthotics.

This specific variant features a premium velvet exterior with a foam midsole and rubber outsole.
Use a dry, soft-bristled brush and move in the direction of the fabric grain to lift away dust.
Ensure the shoes are not being stored in extreme temperatures, which can impact the foam midsole's elasticity.
Use shoe trees when not wearing to help maintain the shoe's internal shape and reduce deep-set creases.
These trainers fit true to size for most users, providing a structured, snug feel around the ankle thanks to the padded collar. To ensure they last, treat the velvet upper with a water-repellent spray specifically designed for delicate fabrics before the first use. If the sneakers get dusty, use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface debris. Avoid machine washing or drying, as the high heat and heavy agitation can damage the velvet texture and the internal foam structures.
