Troubleshooting

Bottle is leaking.

Ensure the cap is securely tightened. Check the seal for any debris or damage. Make sure the Roll and Fold Lid is properly attached to the detachable cup.

Drinks are not staying hot or cold long enough.

Pre-heat or pre-chill the bottle before filling with your beverage. Ensure the cap is closed tightly. Avoid leaving the bottle in extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.

The detachable cup is difficult to remove.
