FAQs

Can I fit a laptop in this tote?

The dimensions are 33 cm L x 26 cm H, which can accommodate smaller tablets or ultra-portable laptops, but it is primarily designed for daily personal essentials.

Is the material waterproof?

The nylon is water-resistant, meaning it can handle light rain, but it is not intended to be submerged or used in heavy downpours.

Are the handles adjustable?

No, the top handles are fixed in length, designed specifically for comfortable shoulder carry.

How do I secure my keys?

The bag includes an interior zip pocket which is the ideal place to secure keys to prevent them from getting lost at the bottom of the bag.

Is this bag machine washable?

No, machine washing is not recommended as it may damage the puffy padding and the structural integrity of the bag.

What is the primary material?

The bag is constructed from durable, high-quality nylon.

Troubleshooting

Bag appears wrinkled or misshapen

Lightly steam from a distance or allow the bag to sit filled with soft items for 24 hours to help the nylon fibers regain their shape.

Surface stains on the nylon

Gently wipe the area with a damp microfiber cloth. For persistent marks, use a tiny amount of mild detergent mixed with water, test on an inconspicuous area first.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This bag arrives ready to use with no assembly required. To maintain the appearance and longevity of the nylon fabric, spot clean with a damp, soft cloth using mild, non-abrasive soap. Avoid submerging the bag in water or using harsh chemical solvents, as these can damage the finish and the puffy filling. When not in use, store the bag in a cool, dry place and stuff it with tissue paper or a soft cloth to help the silhouette retain its intended shape. Avoid placing heavy, sharp objects directly against the fabric to prevent punctures.
