FAQs

How do I clean the lid holders?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

What is the weight capacity of each holder?

The holders are designed to hold standard pan lids. Ensure the total weight of the lids does not exceed the structural integrity of the cupboard or drawer.

Can I use these holders in a drawer?

Yes, they can be mounted inside a drawer or on a cupboard door. Ensure you have enough space for the lids and the holders within the drawer.

Are the holders easy to remove if I need to relocate them?

Yes, but removal may cause some damage to the surface. Carefully peel off the holders slowly. The 3M tape may leave residue that can be removed with a suitable adhesive remover.

What is the warranty on these lid holders?

The product is covered by a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact the retailer for specific warranty details.

What materials are the holders made of?

The holders are made of durable plastic material.

Troubleshooting

Holders are not sticking to the surface.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and non-porous. Apply firm pressure for 30 seconds during installation. If the surface is unsuitable, consider an alternative mounting method such as screws (not provided).

Lids are too large to fit in the holders.

Check the lid diameter; the holders are suitable for lids between 16 cm and 24 cm. Reposition the holders if necessary.

Cupboard door or drawer won't close after installation.

Reposition the holders to ensure the door or drawer closes without obstruction. Check that the holders do not interfere with any internal shelving.
