These shoes are ideal for casual wear, everyday activities, walking, and light training. They are not designed for high-impact sports or professional athletic performance.
Refer to the size chart provided by ASICS, typically based on UK men's sizing. Ensure you measure your foot length accurately for the best fit.
While the materials offer some resistance, these shoes are not waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or wet surfaces to maintain their condition and prevent slippage.
The sole can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution. Gently scrub away dirt and rinse with a clean damp cloth. Ensure the sole is dry before wearing.
The ASICS GEL technology is designed to provide enhanced shock absorption, which helps to reduce impact during wear and offers improved comfort over time.
The lacing system allows for some adjustability. However, if you have significantly wide feet, it is recommended to try them on or check if a wide (2E or 4E) version is available, though this specific model's width is standard.
Loosen the laces and re-tie them, ensuring they are not pulled too tight. Consider wearing thinner socks or trying a half-size larger if the tightness persists.
Ensure laces are properly adjusted. The GEL cushioning may require a short break-in period. Consider incorporating insoles for additional support if needed.
Wipe the affected area with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a small amount of mild soap mixed with water and a soft brush, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Setup: These shoes are ready to wear right out of the box. Ensure the laces are comfortably tied to your preference. The lacing system allows for adjustment to suit your foot shape.
Compatibility: The ASICS Gel-Spotlyte Low is designed primarily for adult male footwear sizing. It is compatible with standard sock types.
