FAQs
What material are the Hotter Eliana Sandals made from?
The Eliana Sandals are available in different materials depending on the colorway, including Linen and Leather. Please check the specific product details for the material composition of your chosen pair.
Are these sandals suitable for wide feet?
The touch-close fastening allows for some adjustability, which may help accommodate slightly wider feet. However, for a definitive fit, it is recommended to try them on or consult the sizing guide.
Can I wear these sandals in wet conditions?
While the materials are designed for comfort, they are not waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain. If they get wet, allow them to air dry naturally.
What is the heel height of the Eliana Sandals?
The Eliana Sandals feature a flattering wedge heel. Specific measurements for heel height are not provided but are designed to offer a comfortable lift.
How do I clean the interlace straps?
Wipe the interlace straps gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using any harsh cleaning agents that could damage the material.
Are these sandals considered orthopedic?
The sandals are designed with comfort features like a breathable insole and soft linings, but they are not specifically marketed as orthopedic footwear. They offer good everyday comfort for adult wear.
Troubleshooting
Sandals feel too tight or loose.
Adjust the touch-close fastening strap for a more secure or relaxed fit. Ensure you have selected the correct size, as fit can vary slightly.
Insole feels less breathable after prolonged use.
Ensure the perforations in the insole are clear of debris. Gently clean the insole with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry fully.
Material appears to be creasing or losing shape.
This can be a natural characteristic of materials like leather or linen. Store the sandals properly when not in use to help maintain their form. Avoid over-tightening the straps.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These sandals require no setup; they are ready to wear straight out of the box. They are designed for general adult female wear. To care for your Hotter Eliana Sandals:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the uppers with a soft, damp cloth. For the insole, use a lightly dampened cloth and allow to air dry completely. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: If the sandals become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in their original box or a dust bag, to maintain their shape and material integrity.
