Gently wipe the device with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

The PLAUD Note Pro supports accurate transcription in 112 languages.

While the recorder can capture audio independently, a smartphone is required for initial setup, pairing, accessing detailed settings, and managing recordings through the PLAUD app. Some basic functions may be accessible via the device's display.

The PLAUD Note Pro is designed with privacy at its core and is compliant with GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, and EN18031 standards. Data is securely synced across app, web, and desktop platforms with unlimited cloud storage.

Press-to-Highlight is a real-time feature where you can tap the device once to mark important moments during a recording. These marked moments help the AI generate more focused and accurate summaries, highlighting key decisions or action items.

The device uses four MEMS microphones and AI beamforming technology to capture voices clearly from up to 5 meters away. AI noise suppression focuses on the intended speaker, ensuring clear audio even in group settings.

Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and check for any indicator lights. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the recorder is in pairing mode. Restart both devices and try pairing again. Ensure no other devices are actively connected to the recorder.

Ensure the microphones are not obstructed. Check that you are within the optimal recording range (up to 5m). Clean the microphone grilles gently. Use the "Enhance" mode if more detailed audio capture is needed.

Verify that the device is connected to Wi-Fi and the PLAUD app is running. Check your internet connection. Try manually syncing from the app settings. Ensure sufficient cloud storage is available.

Ensure clear audio input and minimal background noise. Use the "Press-to-Highlight" feature to guide the AI. Check that the correct language is selected in the app. Update the device firmware and app to the latest versions.
