Birkenstock's 'Narrow Fit' is designed for slimmer feet but often fits like a standard width for many individuals. It's recommended to compare with other brands you own or try them on if possible to gauge the fit accurately.

Use a suede brush to remove loose dirt. For stains, a suede eraser is effective. Avoid water and harsh cleaning agents to prevent damage to the material.

It is not recommended to wear the Birkenstock Buckley in wet conditions. The suede and cork materials are not water-resistant and can be damaged by prolonged exposure to moisture.

The break-in period can vary, but generally, you'll feel the footbed start to conform to your foot within a few days of moderate wear. Full molding may take a couple of weeks.

The sole is made of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), a durable and lightweight material known for its cushioning properties.

The strap has a metal pin buckle. You can adjust the fit by moving the strap to a different hole on the buckle. Lift the pin to release the strap and press it into the desired hole to secure.

The sole height is approximately 2.5 cm.

Use a dedicated suede brush to gently remove dry dirt. For tougher stains, try a suede eraser. Always brush in one direction for best results.

This is normal for new cork-latex footbeds. Wear the clogs for short periods daily to allow them to mold to your foot shape. The cork will soften and conform over time.

Gently pull the strap through the buckle. Ensure the pin is properly aligned with one of the holes. Avoid forcing the buckle, as this could damage the strap.

Ensure the EVA sole is clean and free from debris. If the issue persists, the sole may be worn down and could require replacement or professional assessment.
