A Wi-Fi model can only connect to the internet via a Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi + Cellular model, like yours, can connect to Wi-Fi networks *and* also access the internet using a cellular data plan (5G) from a mobile carrier, allowing you to stay connected even when Wi-Fi isn't available.

No, the Apple iPad 2025 (11th Gen) is not waterproof or water-resistant. Exposure to liquids can cause damage and is not covered under warranty. Exercise caution to keep your device dry.
To update iPadOS, ensure your iPad is connected to Wi-Fi and has at least 50% battery or is connected to power. Go to `Settings > General > Software Update`. If an update is available, you will see the option to download and install it.

Ensure the iPad has sufficient charge by connecting it to a power adapter for at least 30 minutes. If it still doesn't respond, perform a force restart: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button, press and quickly release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Top button until the Apple logo appears.
Close unnecessary background apps by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and swiping apps away. Check your available storage in `Settings > General > iPad Storage` and free up space if needed. Ensure all apps and iPadOS are updated to their latest versions.
For Wi-Fi: Try turning Wi-Fi off and on again in Control Center or Settings. Restart your Wi-Fi router. For 5G: Check your cellular data settings in `Settings > Cellular Data` to ensure it's enabled. Restart your iPad. If problems persist, contact your internet service provider or cellular carrier.
Review battery usage in `Settings > Battery` to identify power-hungry apps. Adjust screen brightness, disable 'Raise to Wake', and limit background app refresh for apps you don't use frequently. Ensure iPadOS is up to date.
Ensure your face is clear of obstructions and you are holding the iPad correctly. Go to `Settings > Face ID & Passcode` and ensure Face ID is set up for the functions you wish to use. If issues persist, try resetting Face ID and setting it up again.
