The Dr. Martens 1460 Capper boots are ideal for fashion-conscious adults who appreciate heritage footwear designs and durable, high-quality leather construction. These boots offer a unique aesthetic upgrade over the standard 1460 model with distinct toe cap detailing and gold-foil accents, though potential buyers should be prepared for the classic break-in period common with premium, stiff leather footwear.

Yes, they generally fit consistent with standard UK sizing. If you are between sizes, it is often recommended to size up if you prefer wearing thicker socks.
Yes, the insoles can be removed or supplemented with third-party orthopedic inserts if you require additional arch support.
Gently wipe the area with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid scrubbing with brushes or abrasive cleaners to prevent the foil from fading.
The leather is water-resistant, but not waterproof. We recommend applying a leather protector spray to improve performance in wet conditions.
It varies by individual, but typically takes one to two weeks of consistent wear to soften the leather to the shape of your foot.
This is normal for new leather boots. Wear them for short intervals indoors first, and use thick socks or leather softening creams to speed up the break-in process.
Use a matching red leather polish or a neutral wax to gently buff out scuffs and restore the surface finish.
The included waxed laces are replaceable. Ensure you use standard Dr. Martens length laces to match the eight-eyelet configuration.
When you first receive your 1460 Capper boots, they will feel stiff due to the thick leather construction. Use high-quality thick socks for the first few wears to reduce friction. To maintain the leather:
