Troubleshooting
Curtain rings stick or do not slide smoothly
Ensure the pole is clean and free of dust; ensure the brackets are perfectly level so the pole is not bowed.
Pole seems to sag in the middle
Check that brackets are mounted securely into solid wall material or studs and that no excessive weight beyond recommended limits is applied.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation is straightforward using the included assembly kit. Begin by measuring your window frame to ensure the 150 cm length provides adequate coverage plus extra room for the finials. Use a spirit level to ensure your brackets are mounted evenly to avoid uneven curtain hang. For care, keep the pole functioning smoothly by occasionally wiping the surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If the rings become stiff, a light dusting is usually sufficient to restore smooth operation; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the black finish.
