The Anker 323 Car Charger Adapter is designed for commuters and travelers who need reliable, fast power for their mobile devices while on the road. Offering a dual-port configuration, it is ideal for charging smartphones, tablets, and headphones simultaneously, though users should note that the maximum power output is optimized for efficient delivery rather than high-wattage laptop charging. Its compact, sleek black design makes it a versatile companion for almost any vehicle cigarette lighter port.

Verify the charger is fully inserted into the cigarette lighter port and check if the vehicle ignition is set to 'Accessory' or 'On'.
Ensure you are using a high-quality, certified charging cable and that the device is connected to the correct port (USB-C for PD-compatible devices).
It is normal for chargers to get warm during operation; however, if it becomes hot to the touch, disconnect it immediately and check for port debris.
Setup is straightforward: simply insert the adapter into your vehicle’s 12V cigarette lighter socket. The unit is compatible with all standard automotive lighter ports. To maintain the device, ensure the interior of your car's lighter socket is free of debris, as dust can interfere with a secure connection. Keep the adapter dry, and avoid pulling on connected cables sharply, as this can wear down the port contacts over time. If the device remains in the socket for long periods when the car is off, ensure your vehicle does not have a 'constant-on' power port to prevent battery drain.
