The Clarks Cypress Step Kid Trainers in Blue, size 8, are designed for active young boys seeking comfortable and stylish footwear for casual wear. Their key benefit lies in promoting natural gait development with a flexible, durable sole and a secure, easy-to-use fastening system. A minor caveat is that they are only available in whole sizes, which may require careful consideration for half-size wearers. These trainers feature a sporty design, elasticated laces, and riptape straps for a custom fit, along with a padded topline for enhanced ankle comfort.

The adjustable riptape straps offer some flexibility, but the design is based on a standard child's fit. They may not be ideal for exceptionally wide feet.
While the elasticated laces are designed for durability, they are integrated into the shoe's structure. Replacement is not a standard feature, but a cobbler might be able to assist.
Gently brush off dry dirt with a suede brush. For stains, use a specialized suede cleaner and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Always allow the shoes to air dry naturally.
No, the suede upper is not waterproof. They are designed for casual wear and light activity, and should be protected from excessive moisture.
These trainers are specifically designed for kids, promoting natural gait development and offering a secure, comfortable fit for active play.
You can adjust the fit using the riptape straps, which allow for a customized tightness around the foot. The elasticated laces provide a snug base fit.
While durable and comfortable for active play, they are best suited for general casual wear and light sports activities. They are not designed for specialized high-impact sports.
Adjust the riptape straps for a more secure or relaxed fit. Ensure the correct size has been chosen, as these are whole sizes only.
Fully loosen the riptape straps and ensure the tongue is positioned correctly. Stretch the elasticated laces slightly if needed.
Use a suede brush to remove dry dirt. For stains, use a dedicated suede cleaner and follow the product's instructions. Test any cleaner on an inconspicuous area first.
Setup: These trainers require no assembly. Simply ensure the correct size is selected. The elasticated laces and riptape straps can be adjusted for a snug fit.
Compatibility: Suitable for casual wear and light athletic activities. Not intended for highly specialized sports.
Care: The suede upper should be cleaned with a soft brush to remove dirt. For tougher stains, use a suede cleaner following product instructions. Avoid exposing the trainers to excessive water, as this can damage the suede. Allow them to air dry naturally if they become damp.
