Keep it clean, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight, and avoid over-inflating it beyond the recommended pressure.
Check the valve for debris or a faulty seal. Ensure the needle was inserted correctly and consider using a small amount of valve oil.
Verify the ball is inflated to the correct pressure; under-inflation can significantly impact aerodynamics.
Clean with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals that might strip the protective coating.
To prepare the Mitre Impel Evo for play, you must inflate it using a standard ball pump with a needle valve. Ensure you moisten the needle with a drop of valve oil or water before insertion to protect the integrity of the valve seal. Inflate the ball to the recommended pressure indicated near the valve to ensure optimal performance. For maintenance, wipe the ball down with a damp cloth after playing on muddy or dusty surfaces to remove debris. Avoid storing the ball in extreme temperatures or damp environments, as this can degrade the synthetic materials over time.
