The adidas Courtblock Shoes are designed for adults seeking a versatile, everyday trainer that balances classic athletic aesthetics with reliable daily comfort. Featuring a durable synthetic leather upper and a secure lace-up closure, these trainers are an excellent choice for casual wear and light activities, though users should note that they are optimized for lifestyle use rather than high-intensity sports performance.

No, the Courtblock series is designed for lifestyle and casual use. It lacks the cushioning and support systems required for distance running.
The Courtblock trainers run true to standard adult sizing. If you typically wear a UK 8.5 in other athletic brands, the 8.5 UK size should fit correctly.
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes, as the heat and agitation can damage the synthetic leather and adhesive bonds.
Most models in this series feature glued-in liners. Attempting to force them out may damage the footbed construction.
The upper is constructed from high-quality synthetic leather, which offers durability and a clean, polished appearance.
Loosen the laces starting from the bottom eyelets and re-thread to allow for more volume in the tongue area.
Use a specialized synthetic leather cleaner or a mild soap-and-water solution with a soft cloth to gently buff out the mark.
Try the 'runner's loop' lacing technique to lock your heel more firmly into the back of the shoe.
To ensure your adidas Courtblock shoes last as long as possible, follow these basic care and fitting guidelines. When first putting them on, ensure the laces are adjusted to your preferred tension across the arch to prevent slippage.
