The 10cm profile is specifically designed for trundle beds and bunk beds, ensuring it fits within the limited space and maintains proper head clearance, especially for lower bunks.
Yes, the mattress is manufactured using hypoallergenic foam, which helps to minimize exposure to common allergens, making it a good choice for children with sensitivities.
The mattress is delivered vacuum-packed and rolled. It typically takes up to 72 hours to fully expand to its intended size and shape after unpacking.
The mattress uses high-density reflex foam, specifically foam grade 30/105, to provide even weight distribution and supportive comfort.
Yes, as a UK-manufactured Viscotherapy mattress, it adheres to all British Fire Regulations, ensuring enhanced safety.
You can clean the mattress with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents. It is advisable to use a mattress protector.
While it can be used on a standard bed frame, its 10cm profile is optimized for space-saving solutions like trundle and bunk beds. For standard beds, you might consider a thicker mattress unless a slim profile is specifically desired.
Ensure the mattress is placed in a well-ventilated room. Check that all packaging has been removed. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
This can sometimes occur due to packaging. Gently massage the affected areas to help the foam settle. Allow additional time for expansion. If persistent, contact support.
A slight odor may be present due to the foam manufacturing process. This is normal and will dissipate within a few days in a well-ventilated room. Air the mattress out thoroughly.
