Troubleshooting

Game fails to install or launch

Ensure you have sufficient free space on your PS4's hard drive. Try restarting your PS4 and re-inserting the disc. If the issue persists, the disc may be damaged, or there might be a system software issue; check for PS4 system updates.

Online connectivity issues (cannot summon or invade)

Verify your internet connection is stable. Ensure your PS4 system software is up to date. Check if you have an active PlayStation Plus subscription. Try restarting your router and PS4.

Game performance issues (stuttering, frame drops)

Close other applications running in the background on your PS4. Ensure your PS4's internal cooling vents are clear of dust. Try rebuilding the PS4's database via Safe Mode.

Disc read error

Clean the Blu-ray disc gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth, wiping from the center outwards. Ensure the disc is placed correctly in the drive. If the error persists, the disc may be scratched or defective.
